From the Scoring Screen or the Competition Status screen, you can print the results of each class.
Important:  In order to print results and checklists from TScore, you must have a copy of MS Excel installed.  For the certificates, you will need MS Word installed.  We have tested with MS Office versions 2000, 2003 and 2007.  TScore supports remote printing, which means that you can have a central organiser's desk where this is performed.  In this case, you will only need one copy of Office.

Print from the Scoring Screen

On the scoring screen, select the class that you want to print and then click on the Print button

You will now see the Print Options screen:
From here you can choose exactly which reports you want to print.  These may be the results (individual or team), personalised certificates (based on your own fully customisable template) or the checklists needed by each of the officials.
You can decide whether to directly print to the default printer on your computer, or whether to preview the item (in Word or Excel) so that you can adjust the layout etc.
You can also set the number of copies to be printed and can decide whether the checklists are produced for the preliminary rounds or the final.

Once you have set your options, click the Print button.  Your choices will be remembered the next time you use this feature.

Print from the Competition Status Screen

You can also print directly from the Competition Status screen - this is especially useful if you are administering the competition centrally and monitoring the progress of each panel.  As each class is shown as 'Finished', you can print it with a couple of clicks.

Changing the Appearance of Printed Items

Each of the printed items is derived from a document 'template'.  The templates are located in the <Program Files>\T-Score Pro\Templates folder.

To change the appearance of the printed output, simply edit the appropriate template (take a safe copy first!)
You may change fonts and images and add your own 'fixed' text, but it is important that you do not change the position of the fields in each output row, or insert extra rows above the results header.

The templates are as follows:
